Why was my referral rejected? +
A referral may be rejected if: (1) the property is already listed on LinkPG or another platform, (2) the property is fully rented out with no available rooms, or (3) the contact provided belongs to a broker rather than the actual property owner.
How will I receive my reward? +
Rewards are transferred directly via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 working days after the listing is verified and goes live on LinkPG. Please ensure you provide accurate payment details in the form.
I submitted a referral but haven't received the reward yet. +
Please allow time for our team to contact the owner, conduct verification, and activate the listing. Once the listing is live, your reward will be processed automatically. You'll receive a notification when it's approved.
Can I refer multiple owners? +
Yes — there is no cap on referrals. Every new, first-time owner you refer whose listing goes live on LinkPG earns you ₹500. The more you refer, the more you earn.
Do I need the owner's consent before submitting? +
Yes. Owner consent is mandatory. Submitting details without the owner's knowledge or permission may result in rejection of the referral and disqualification from the reward.
